www.SafeMedicationUse.ca is a pilot website designed by the Institute for Safe Medication Practices Canada for
consumers/patients to report "medication incidents", also known as medication errors. 

BMC supports the launch of this important pilot website and encourages patients to use it and provide feedback during the pilot period.
